Challenge 1
How to improve the Gaming + Staking experience
Play-to-earn (P2E) and staking projects in Web3 have gained traction by offering users financial incentives through gameplay and token staking. However, user research highlights key pain points that hinder adoption and engagement, particularly among non-native Web3 users. These challenges stem from complex interfaces, unclear onboarding, and fragmented user experiences.
Two primary design issues were identified:

The absence of tailored onboarding flows, progressive disclosures, and contextual tooltips creates barriers, making it difficult for new users to navigate staking mechanics or engage with P2E features effectively.
