The goal was to educate users on mechanics, simplifying the staking process for seamless user conversion, and minimizing unstaking penalties.
My role
I built modules that increase user trust in liquid staking by implementing familiar and intuitive design elements. Streamlined the staking process, simplifying the end user journey of liquid staking, maximizing user conversion rates and reducing unstaking behavior.
Results
Achieved a remarkable 40% decrease in user drop-off rate and a significant 25% increase in user completion rate through a redesigned onboarding process. Streamlined navigation structure reduced user confusion by 30% and improved task efficiency by 20%. These efforts resulted in unlocking $1.07 million USD in value for the Crypto.com project.
Challenge
Establishing Trust and Improving User Experience in Liquid Staking
We faced the challenge of overcoming user skepticism and improving the liquid staking experience. Our solution involved designing a streamlined user-centered platform to build trust, educate users on the benefits of liquid staking, and transform the staking process.
